How to Update Flash to Avoid Malware on the Mac

If you listen to the information we provide a few weeks ago, you surely know about malware that infiltrate the Flash update. Therefore, it is advisable to be careful before you download and install the latest Flash update.

It is also common for users of Mac computer users. It may be that every time you open the browser will be a warning that you immediately update to the latest version of Flash. Wait, do not rush click OK. In order to update your Flash installed an official version of the Adobe, make sure you are not just click on the popup that appears. Do it in a safe way as follows:


1. Open Safari (or any other browser).Http://www.adobe.com 

2. Type in the address bar, press the Return key
3. Click Search in the top right-hand corner 
4. Type Flash in the search field and click the Get Adobe Flash Player 
5. Click the Install Now button on the right side. 
6. A file named AdobeFlashPlayerInstaller will begin to be downloaded to your Mac. The file will automatically be saved in the Downloads folder or file with the extension .dmg disk image. 
7. In Safari, click the download tombok in the search bar, click the magnifying glass icon to access the .dmg file that was downloaded. Click 2x in AdobeFlashPlayerInstaller file to open it. 
8. Exit from Safari.
9. A new window will open in the Finder. 2x click on the icon named Install Adobe Flash Player. 
10. It comes a message saying "'Install Adobe Flash Player' is an application downloaded from the Internet. Are you sure you want to open it? "Click Open to process it.
11. Type in your admin password, click OK. 
12. Adobe Flash Player installer will download the necessary additional content. If you have not previously shut down Safari, click Quit Safari and click the Retry button in the installer. 
13. When finished you will see "Installation Complete." Click the Finish button. 
14. Safari will open. 
15. In this phase Flash superbly successfully installed on Mac. Make sure you check the 'Allow Adobe to install updates (Recommended)' is in the Flash Player system preferenes, under the Updates tab, to keep updated with security issues.
